A national non-profit. Pioneered the strategy, led the work.

AI integration and adoption

Travis moved AI from experiment to daily use at a national non-profit. He deployed enterprise assistants, built custom agents grounded in organizational data, and set the web properties up for GEO.

AI integration and adoption

What we did

The organization’s staff had access to capable AI tools but no structure or governance for using them safely or effectively. Travis rolled out enterprise ChatGPT and Claude with the guardrails, policies, and training to make adoption real. He built agent-powered tools on Azure Static Web Apps to support major gift and corporate partnership prospecting, putting research that previously took hours into a simple browser login. He developed an agentic operating system for the IT and marketing functions and stood up an organizational MCP server so the AI worked from the organization’s own data and systems rather than generic knowledge. He also tuned the web properties for GEO, structuring content to be found and cited by AI answer engines, not just ranked by search.

What it enabled

AI moved from a side project to daily practice. Prospect research got faster and more grounded in real organizational data, and the canonical MCP server ensured accurate information was available to agents. AI adoption meant staff were spending more time on strategy, creativity and quality assurance.
