Enterprise data lake and analytics
Travis worked with Accenture to solve a national non-profit's siloed data problem into a single Azure data lake, with Power BI dashboards that leadership could read and act on.
What we did
The organization’s data lived in separate systems with no clean way to see across them. Travis ran a focused sprint to develop an implementation road map for a data lake on Azure. The engagement covered stakeholder workshops to surface reporting needs, a roadmap for the next three to five years, and the infrastructure to carry it forward.
What it enabled
When this project moves to implementation, the organization will move from scattered data to a connected source it can trust and report from. Leaders will receive intuitive views and receive deeper insights.
