A national non-profit. Led the project.

Microsoft 365 restructure

Travis rebuilt how a national non-profit used Teams and SharePoint, replacing folder chaos with metadata-driven structure, documented governance, and a champion program that made the change stick.

Microsoft 365 restructure

What we did

The organization used Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, but without a clear structure or governance behind them. Information was hard to find. Travis restructured how both platforms worked. He introduced a clean architecture and documented governance, and built a hub-and-spoke intranet that gave people a consistent place to start. He replaced deep, narrow folder trees with metadata, so staff could filter and surface files by topic and type instead of hunting through nested folders. He set up a champion tier within the organization to lead training and drive adoption, giving the change a human layer alongside the technical one.

What it enabled

Finding information got faster and less frustrating. The organization now had a documented structure instead of informal habit. The champion program helped the new way of working take hold where a training session alone would not have.
